Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the spinach mixture onto half of each tortilla.
  6. Fold the tortillas in half and cook in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
