- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Place the spinach mixture onto half of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas in half and cook in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Slice and serve warm.
