Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- In another bowl, mix together mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the salsa.
- Serve the spicy shrimp topped with mango salsa.

- Adjust the amount of jalapeño for desired spice level.
