  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. In another bowl, mix together mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the salsa.
  4. Serve the spicy shrimp topped with mango salsa.
