Ingredients

- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a saucepan, combine the sushi rice and water, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender.
- In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onion.
- Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
- Spoon the salmon mixture over the rice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with nori strips before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha to the salmon mixture.
- This dish can be served with additional soy sauce for dipping.
