  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crab meat
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into squares

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the rice and water, then bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
  5. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the salmon with mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Spread the cooked rice evenly in a baking dish.
  7. Layer the salmon mixture over the rice.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  9. Garnish with green onions and serve with nori squares.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the spiciness by adding more or less Sriracha.
