Ingredients

- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 pound fresh salmon, skin removed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup crab meat
- 1 sheet nori, cut into squares
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rice and water, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the salmon with mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Spread the cooked rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the salmon mixture over the rice.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve with nori squares.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spiciness by adding more or less Sriracha.
- This dish pairs well with pickled ginger and wasabi.
