Ingredients

  • 1 pound sushi rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then combine it with water in a pot and cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha to create a spicy sauce.
  4. Once rice is cooked, spread it into a baking dish and layer the flaked salmon on top.
  5. Drizzle spicy mayonnaise over the salmon, then sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with nori strips before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
  • Can substitute salmon with tuna or crab for different flavors.
