- 1 pound sushi rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then combine it with water in a pot and cook according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha to create a spicy sauce.
- Once rice is cooked, spread it into a baking dish and layer the flaked salmon on top.
- Drizzle spicy mayonnaise over the salmon, then sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with nori strips before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
- Can substitute salmon with tuna or crab for different flavors.
