Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook the potato noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked potato noodles and toss with the garlic.
  5. Stir in red pepper flakes, chopped turkey bacon, and soy sauce. Cook until heated through.
  6. Garnish with green onions and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
