- 2 cups potato noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the potato noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cooked potato noodles and toss with the garlic.
- Stir in red pepper flakes, chopped turkey bacon, and soy sauce. Cook until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice before serving.
- Feel free to substitute regular bacon if desired.
