- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cube the potatoes, then place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil and all the spices to the bowl and toss until the potatoes are well-coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
Notes
- For added spice, consider using cayenne pepper.
- Leftover potatoes can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
