- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions and jalapeños until soft.
- Form the ground turkey into patties and smash them onto the skillet.
- Add chopped turkey bacon and sautéed onions and jalapeños to the top of the patties.
- Cook until desired doneness and add cheese if desired.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra spice, leave the seeds in the jalapeño.
- Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings.
