- 4 pieces chicken thighs

- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the honey, red pepper flakes, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Toss the chicken thighs in the mixture until they are well coated.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more crushed red pepper.
- Serve with rice or a fresh green salad.
