- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra spiciness, add some cayenne pepper to the marinade.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or rice.
