- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to crescent roll package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water, and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center, top with cheese, and fold the dough over to seal.
- Bake according to package directions until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
