Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Stir in the turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking for a few minutes.
- Add the chopped potatoes, paprika, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, try adding a bay leaf during cooking.
