Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Coat each pancake in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve warm with chocolate sauce or syrup.
