Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Cook egg noodles according to package directions and drain.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooked beef mixture and drained noodles to the sour cream mixture.
  6. Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
