  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in the sugar and vegetable oil until well combined.
  4. Beat in the egg.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
