- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the softened butter.
- Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and flour.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
