S’mores Cookies: Indulge in the Ultimate Homemade Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, followed by chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  6. Drop dough by tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For extra gooeyness, add more mini marshmallows on top before baking.
