Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Rub the roast with olive oil and season generously with the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place the roast in the smoker and cook until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare.
- Remove the roast from the smoker and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
- Slice and serve with beef broth.
