  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup streusel topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, diced apple, sugar, egg, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Top each muffin with streusel topping.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
