Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Pour over chicken.
- Add mixed vegetables to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
