Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the beef chuck roast, garlic butter, beef broth, salt, black pepper, thyme, paprika, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and onion.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef using two forks and stir it back into the juices before serving.
