- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce before serving.
