- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brown the chicken on both sides in the pan for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to the slow cooker and pour the chicken broth over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the juices.

- Serve with vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
