Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brown the chicken on both sides, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and serve.
