Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, chopped
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Stir well to coat the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- During the last hour of cooking, add the cashews.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last hour of cooking to allow evaporation.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
