- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine beef, onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream and flour, then stir into the slow cooker.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve beef stroganoff over egg noodles.
