- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form into patties and set aside.
- In a slow cooker, layer turkey bacon at the bottom.
- Place the beef patties on top of the bacon.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- During the last 10 minutes of cooking, add a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
- Serve on hamburger buns topped with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
