- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
- In the same skillet, add patties and cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Assemble burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and turkey bacon.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the patties for 30 minutes before cooking.
