Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Divide the dough into two logs and wrap in plastic wrap.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  9. Slice the logs into rounds and place on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
  11. Cool on wire racks.
