Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they just turn pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Slowly add the cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add the lobster meat, and cooked shrimp back into the pot. Stir until heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- This dish can be served over pasta or rice for a complete meal.
- For added flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving.
