Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until they just turn pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Slowly add the cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the lobster meat, and cooked shrimp back into the pot. Stir until heated through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • This dish can be served over pasta or rice for a complete meal.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving.
