- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and lobster, cooking until shrimp is pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in fresh parsley and remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the seafood mixture into a baking dish and top with prepared biscuit dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh seafood and make sure to not overcook the shrimp.
- This dish is best served hot and can be garnished with additional parsley.
