Shrimp Crab Lasagna: Easy, Indulgent Comfort Food for All

Ingredients

  • 9 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat, drained
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 noodles, then half of the seafood mixture, and a layer of marinara. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and the remaining sauce on top.
  6. Sprinkle the top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Try adding spinach for extra veggies.
  • You can make this ahead and refrigerate before baking.
