- 9 sheets lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat, drained
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 noodles, then half of the seafood mixture, and a layer of marinara. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and the remaining sauce on top.
- Sprinkle the top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Try adding spinach for extra veggies.
- You can make this ahead and refrigerate before baking.
