- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 8 taco shells
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add the diced chicken ham and taco seasoning, stirring until combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a sheet pan and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, fill taco shells with mixture, and top with tomatoes and lettuce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add jalapeños or avocado as toppings.
- Use low-fat cheese for a healthier option.
