Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the pork chops in the mixture.
  3. Cut the baby potatoes in half and add them to the bowl, coating them in the seasoning.
  4. Arrange the pork chops and potatoes on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the potatoes are tender.
