- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound asparagus
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts on a sheet pan and pour the marinade over them.
- Add asparagus to the sheet pan and season with additional salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with lemon slices.

- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.
- Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
