  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1/2 cup Herby Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and add the bell peppers and red onion. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  4. Warm the pita breads in the oven for the last 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble the pitas by filling each with the chicken and vegetable mixture, then drizzle with Herby Ranch dressing.
