- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the chicken onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
- Warm the pitas in the oven for a few minutes.
- Stuff the pitas with sliced chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, and red onion.
