- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 lime, wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Warm the tortillas and serve with lime wedges.
