Ingredients

- 200g of pasta
- 150g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 150g of scallops
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes to reduce slightly.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well to combine with the seafood and sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
