Ingredients

  • 150g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 150g of scallops
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking until they are opaque and cooked through.
  4. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes to reduce slightly.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well to combine with the seafood and sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
