- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup cabbage, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package potsticker wrappers
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each potsticker wrapper and fold over, sealing the edges.
- In a pot, heat the sesame oil and add the potstickers, frying until golden.
- Add chicken broth and soy sauce; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the soup to thicken.
- Serve hot garnished with additional green onions.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, substitute the pork with tofu or mushrooms.
- Adjust seasonings as per taste.
