- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a tablespoon of the meat mixture on each rectangle, fold over, and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs to the meat mixture.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
