Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine honey, heavy cream, and butter over medium heat, stirring until melted.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then whisk in eggs, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes

- For a richer flavor, use a darker honey.
