Ingredients

- 1 can salmon
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the olive oil.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in some fresh herbs like dill or parsley.
- These patties can also be baked for a healthier option.
