- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 pound asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the salmon and asparagus to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Place each salmon fillet and asparagus in the center of a foil sheet and fold to create a packet.
- Bake the packets in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a slice of lemon on top of each salmon fillet before sealing the foil.
- You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or cherry tomatoes.
