- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crisp, then crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into patties.
- In the same skillet, brown the patties on both sides.
- Add beef broth and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water, stir into the skillet, and cook until the sauce thickens.
