- 1 whole pineapple
- 1 cup dark rum
- 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Peel and core the pineapple, then slice it into rings.
- In a bowl, mix the rum, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Soak the pineapple slices in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the soaked pineapple and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm, drizzled with the remaining rum mixture.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute rum with coconut water.
- Adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream enhances the dessert.
