Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until browned.
  5. In a large saucepan, add red wine and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the saucepan and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
