Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and oil until combined.
- Add vanilla and red food coloring to the wet ingredients.
- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
- Roll the chilled dough into balls and coat in powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a fudgier cookie, reduce baking time slightly.
