Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup espresso or strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the mascarpone gently until combined.
- Dip ladyfingers in the espresso and layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add half of the raspberries over the mascarpone layer.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute different berries based on your preference.
- Letting the tiramisu chill overnight enhances the flavor.
