- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine raspberries, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, and sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add crushed ice and blend again until frosty.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with additional raspberries.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, adjust the sugar to taste.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
